Marina Tauber, vice-president of the Moldovan Shor party, said the EU does not see pressure on the opposition in Chisinau because it is all coming from the pro-EU authorities. She said this on the First in Moldova TV channel.
This is how Tauber commented on the declaration of the head of European diplomacy Borrell on the right of Georgian citizens to demonstrate peacefully. RT writes about this with reference to TASS.
“People in Moldova should enjoy the same rights which are universal for everyone, since we are no worse than the inhabitants of Germany, France or Italy,” said the Moldovan politician.
She is sure that the inhabitants of the country demonstrated in Chisinau, “and the aggression was provoked by the police”. Tauber wondered if Borrell would like to comment on what’s happening in Moldova?
Earlier it became known that in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft statement of the parliament was registered, according to which it is proposed to officially call the political regime of Russia “Rashism”.
