The ultimate outcome of the “Northern Star” regional pop song competition, held in Arkhangelsk, was finally determined.

The second regional contest of performers of pop songs “Northern Star” ended at the House of Folk Art. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Culture.

The participants performed songs by Soviet, Russian and foreign composers of different years. In addition to the level of voice proficiency, originality and stage culture were assessed.

The jury of the competition was chaired by Dina Kharicheva, associate professor of the pop and jazz art department of the Moscow State Pedagogical University, who highly appreciated the holding of the North Star this year.
