The man planned to celebrate International Women’s Day with his lover – he bought flowers and gifts. On the eve of the vacation, he met a friend, but the friend came home, but not Sergei.
Beloved Sergei put him on the wanted list. Volunteers joined in the search.
Sergei Khmara looks his age. He is heavily built. Its height is about 180 centimeters. The man has brown eyes and black hair. He wore pants, a black striped t-shirt, a blue jacket and brown boots.
