The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced the details of the arrest of the perpetrators of the theft of the villa of the Egyptian and Liverpool star, Mohamed Salah, in a residential compound in New Cairo.
The ministry said in a statement, today, that it revealed the circumstances of what was reported to the security services in the Cairo Security Directorate on March 12 from the business manager of a football player, that he had discovered the theft of some of the contents of the villa of the aforementioned player located in a residential compound in New Cairo.
And she added: By conducting investigations and collecting information, and by tracking the itineraries, the security services were able to identify the perpetrators of the incident and find out that they are "two people"One of them had previously worked as a security personnel in the aforementioned residential complex, and they are residing in Ismailia Governorate, and that the incident was committed on (2) March.
And she confirmed that after legalizing the procedures, they were seized and confronted with them, they confessed to having committed the incident, and one of them admitted that due to his previous work as a security officer in the same residential community and his knowledge that the villa was empty of its residents, he planned to commit the incident in partnership with the second accused, where they climbed the back wall of the aforementioned villa, entered the interior and committed the incident.
The Ministry noted that all the stolen items (a number of sports shoes – a silver medal – a piece of crystal – a number of receivers) were seized. By summoning the amount, he identified the seized items and accused them of theft. Legal measures were taken, and the Public Prosecution Office took over the investigation.
