In Kovdor, two drivers with obstructive diseases received permits

The Kovdorsky district prosecutor’s office in the Murmansk region found violations in the field of traffic safety. It turned out that in the municipality, two citizens who have diseases that prevent driving received a driver’s license.

According to the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, their illnesses can increase the likelihood of harming others while driving. The fact of the presence of diseases is contrary to established safety standards.

During the procedure, the public prosecutor had to go to court. The demands have been met, so soon the driving license received by northerners will cease to be valid. The court decision has not yet entered into force.

Earlier, the deputy from Murmansk said that a resident of Kirovsk could be imprisoned for repeated drunk driving.
