In Serpukhov, near Moscow, a man was convicted of raping and killing a five-year-old girl. On this subject informed GSU SK of Russia in the Moscow region.
The convict received 24 years in a strict regime colony with restriction of freedom for two years.
The crime happened in the summer of 2018, when Alexander Semin lured a five-year-old girl into his apartment. The perpetrator then raped and strangled the child.
Semin hid the girl’s body in a sports bag and took her to a deserted place.
During the investigation, it turned out that this crime was not the first: in 2015 and 2017, Russians assaulted minors.
The source reports that during the investigation, Semin had to be placed in a mental hospital, but over time, the man’s condition stabilized. He was declared sane.
