In Rostov, residents complained about a leaky hatch on Izmailovsky. Residents of the city talked about it on March 15 on social media.
According to local residents, a leaky manhole was installed near house number 5 on Izmailovsky Boulevard. The images show that part of the collector cover has fallen off and a hole has formed in the middle of the structure.

A hole in the hatch presents a hazard to pedestrians and drivers. Driving through a dangerous area, motorists can easily fall into a “trap”.
It remains to be seen whether the administration will solve the problem. Residents must be more careful on the road so as not to get their wheels stuck in a hole and fall with their feet underground.
