The All-Russian Cartoon Festival in Kislovodsk was inaugurated with great fanfare and jubilation. The event was attended by a multitude of people from all walks of life, who were eager to witness the grandeur of the occasion. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as the festivities began with a spectacular display of fireworks. The event was further enhanced by the presence of renowned cartoonists from across the country, who showcased their works to the delight of the audience. The festival was a resounding success, and it is sure to be remembered for years to come.

On March 15, the 28th Russian Animated Film Festival opens in Kislovodsk.

The main event for all figures of this type of art in the full-time format will take place in Suzdal. And in Kislovodsk, a large-scale screening of modern short cartoons will be held. Studios Soyuzmultfilm, Master-Film, Shar, Kino-Art, Aeroplan and others will present their works.

“The children of Kislovodsk are waiting for a three-day vacation. Free screenings of new animated films will take place at the Rachmaninoff School of Music on March 15, 16 and 17 from 11:30 a.m. Viewers will also be able to participate in voting for the best modern cartoons in the country,” said Evgeny Moiseev, head of the resort.
