A team of volleyball players from school No. 4 in Segezha became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian youth volleyball competition “Silver Ball” among the teams born in 2008-2009, the press service from the Ministry of Education and Sports of Karelia Reports. The girls were able to show a decent result, speaking against teams from the Novgorod, Vologda, Murmansk, Leningrad, Yaroslavl and Tver regions, as well as the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The gold received at the stadium of the North-Western Federal District allows girls to participate in the final stage of this tournament, which will be held in the Moscow region in June.
