Housing and communal services for almost 12 billion rubles were provided to residents of Pskov in 2022

Housing and communal services for almost 11.8 billion rubles were provided to the population of the Pskov region in 2022. According to preliminary data, housing and communal services accounted for 35% of the total number of services.

In addition, utilities accounted for 27% of the total volume of paid services and brought in 9 billion rubles. Housing services cost residents of the region 2.8 billion rubles (8% of the total). On average, according to Pskovstat employees, each Pskovian spent 19.2 thousand rubles on housing and communal services last year.

Household services accounted for 12% of the total volume of paid services and brought in 4.1 billion rubles. Each inhabitant of the Pskov region received personal services for an average of 6.6 thousand rubles.

We note that among household services the first places were occupied by:

maintenance and repair of transport, hairdressing and cosmetic services, repair and housing construction services.

In total, the residents of Pskov spent 2.6 billion rubles there.

Funeral services were provided to the population in the amount of 391.3 million rubles (10% of the volume of household services), furniture manufacturing and repair services – from 180.3 million rubles (4.4 %), bath and shower services – from 114.1 million rubles (3%) and photo studio services – from 103.7 million rubles (2.5%).
