In Bashkiria, 28,500 registry errors will be corrected free of charge for owners

By the end of this year, specialists from Rosreestr and Roscadastre of Bashkiria will correct more than 28,500 inaccuracies in the Unified State Register of Real Estate free of charge. This will be done for real estate owners – ordinary people and businesses. This work is carried out within the framework of the state program “National Spatial Data System”.

“In 2022, our specialists, in the interests of owners, eliminated more than ten thousand historically accumulated registry errors in the USRN for free,” said Petr Klets, head of Bashkir Rosreestr. – In 2023, it is planned to eliminate three times as many – about 28.5 thousand.

The regional Rosreestre clarified that if a registry error is found, a decision is sent to the right holder or the competent authority to correct it. After three months from the date of sending such a decision, Rosreestr specialists make changes to the USRN information.

“Since the beginning of 2023, more than four thousand decisions have already been prepared to correct registry errors,” Klets added. – You can check whether updated information has been entered on the Rosreestr website through the “Personal Account” service.

According to Rustam Gaisin, director of the PKK Roscadastre branch in Bashkiria, this service not only allows the owner to view information about the real estate he owns throughout the country, but also guarantees timely notification of changes in their characteristics.
