The Velikoluksky City Court of the Pskov region considered a criminal case against a Velikoluchan accused of using violence against police officers. This was reported to “MK in Pskov” in the joint court press service.
Recall that the incident occurred on May 17, 2022, around 1:00 p.m., in the territory adjacent to the house on Lenin Avenue. He tried to prevent the police from carrying out a search of his friend’s apartment, got behind the wheel of a BMW car and drove off. Law enforcement was standing in front of the car at the time. The man increased his speed and ran into them.
The court found velikoluchanin guilty and sentenced him to a term of imprisonment of 1 year and 3 months to be served in a general regime penal colony. Since the court took into account the period of detention of the convict until March 17, 2023, he was released in the courtroom as part of the actual execution of the sentence.
