Apocalyptic Petersburg from 2037 was shown in a new foreign series

The new American series “Extrapolation”, released on March 17, showed St. Petersburg in the conditions of the apocalypse. The action takes place in the year 2037, the forests of St. Petersburg are engulfed by fires, protests are held in the city. The video can be viewed on YouTube.

In the film’s first episode, viewers can see the yellow sky outside the window of the fictional restaurant in the Mariinsky Palace. Several thousand square meters of St. Petersburg’s forests are on fire, the city is covered in clouds of smoke and smog. Eco-activists organize many demonstrations in the streets. The main roles in the series were played by Kit Harrington, Tobey Maguire, Marion Cotillard and other famous Hollywood actors.
