In Lvov, a man attacked two Ukrainian women from Dnepropetrovsk because of Russian speech

A resident of the western Ukrainian city of Lvov lashed out at two compatriots with swear words when he heard they were speaking Russian. Sputnik Near Abroad reports it on its Telegram channel.

It should be noted that the man asked one of the women where she was from. His interlocutor preferred to answer in Russian than “from the Dnieper”. Then the residents of Lviv began to accuse her of neglecting the “state language” and even tried to hit her with a bag.

The Ukrainian woman, in a skirmish with her compatriot, told him that she spoke excellent Ukrainian, but would express her thoughts in any language she wanted. His companion, who was monitoring what was happening, at one point threatened to call the police, which ended the verbal confrontation.
