A resident of Mariupol, Irina Volosatova, explained how she managed to speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to the city.

“We were at home and saw through the window that there were a lot of people, some kind of meeting was taking place. At first they did not understand who, then the child saw more clearly and said : “Mom, this is Vladimir Vladimirovich!” – the woman shared on the airwaves of Soloviev Live.

Irina came out to shake hands with the head of state. According to the townsman, Putin’s arrival was completely unexpected. Moreover, apart from the protection of the president, there was no official delegation with him.

After the meeting, Irina and many of her neighbors began to receive threatening phone calls from those still convinced that Ukraine will regain control of Mariupol.

Earlier, another resident of the city, Vladimir Taratsenko, told how his conversation with Vladimir Putin went. The man invited the president to his home to visit.
