Vladimir Putin’s article “Russia and China – a forward-looking partnership” was published in the authoritative Chinese edition of People’s Daily.

The President of Russia said he was pleased to have the opportunity to address the friendly Chinese people from the pages of one of the world’s most important and authoritative publications ahead of the visit of State in Russia of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
