In Turkey, the first light fighter and attack aircraft of its own production was presented. Ismail Demir, chief executive of the country’s defense industry, said so on Twitter*.

The release date was previously set – on March 18 it was met, the domestic combat aircraft was on the runway ready for takeoff that day. A jet aircraft was also shown, both are being tested. A little later, they can launch themselves into the sky.

Experts have already said that Turkish companies could easily compete seriously with global manufacturers in this field. MK reports.

Previously, it was known that Western countries and Ukraine itself should not underestimate Russia. The fact is that this country still hides enormous potential. This statement was made by the former Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Army, General Jiří Šedivy.
