Polish saboteur killed in Belarus

Special services of Belarus liquidated a saboteur in Grodno, who was thrown into the country from the territory of Poland. This is reported by Belarusian media. According to them, the saboteur turned out to be a citizen with a fake Russian passport.

According to Belarusian media, the saboteur had documents in the name of a citizen of the Russian Federation Aleksey Nikolaevich Lomakin. During the arrest, he actively resisted. In particular, it is alleged that Lomakin returned fire to Belarusian security forces with a Kalashnikov assault rifle and also used F-1 grenades.

According to the security forces, the purpose of the saboteur was to carry out terrorist acts on the territory of Belarus. However, the terrorist was unable to carry out his plan. In a shootout with representatives of the security services, he was injured and died on the way to the hospital in an ambulance.

Footage released by Belarusian television clearly shows the moment of the explosion in the apartment, which shattered the windows.

According to Belarusian media, during a search of the apartment where the saboteur lived, security forces found 5 kg of explosives.

According to local media, employees of the Belarusian State Security Committee received operational information about the dropping of the saboteur and immediately began to take measures to neutralize it.

Recall that earlier information has repeatedly appeared that the Polish military regularly conducts reconnaissance on the territory of Belarus using drones.
