Scares People Away When Nerdy Childless Personal Trainer Says This

– Published on:

“Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, but not everyone is in the same situation in life.”

This is how it begins gun Ragnhildar Þórdardóttir, better known as Ragga Nagil. She is a clinical health psychologist, columnist and personal trainer. She is active on social media and writes about health in human language. Her guns have been a hit for years, and in the latest, she’s pointing her spears at privileged sissies and young childless personal trainers.

Not everyone has the same control

She says everyone has 24 hours in a day, but people are in different situations.

“Some are privileged people who can dispose of every hour of the day as they please. But most of them are under the control of children, bosses, parents and spouses when it comes to their time,” she says.

“Therefore, run as fast as you can far, far into the bush when a childless personal trainer with flexible working hours tells you to train for at least an hour and a half a day to be successful. What if you don’t you don’t show up six times a week, you might as well avoid this mess of health.

You should eat six measured and weighed meals a day. Swallowing a protein shake right after a workout is national law, otherwise muscles will leak out of the frame immediately into the locker room.

Start your day on a yoga mat on the floor with room temperature water with freshly squeezed organic lemon and Dead Sea sea salt. Next, write a gratitude journal.

Then read at least ten pages of a self-help book before jumping into a cold shower for at least twenty minutes.”

Ragga mentions some “good-natured phrases” that one can sometimes hear from these people:

“No excuses.

Just call the whine truck.

You prioritize if you really want to.

How long do you watch TV anyway?

“Stay away from these poisonous tips. Because you are doing your best. Sometimes your best is rock star level. But more often than not, it’s enough to survive the day without losing its shine,” she says.

Just do your best

Ragga says that some days you manage to prioritize fitness and dedication, while others you prioritize time with the kids or time to take care of the house or go to the store.

“Is the five zero zero treadmill realistic for you and your lifestyle?” Maybe you need more sleep after putting three kids to bed? Maybe you only have twenty minutes in the afternoon if you plant the hooks in front of the Æpadin? Do you think you deserve the Nobel Prize if you manage to cook one lunch a day? Perhaps you are studying while working, caring for a sick parent, a child with learning difficulties or an unemployed spouse?

Adapt healthy habits to your situation at all times. You don’t need to create unnecessary stress by stuffing your life with shoe horns and lube around gym rides and snack making. Just do your best…it’s #good enough”
