Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced today, March 22, that two military women destroyed a Ukrainian drone in Crimea. Chief foreman Tatyana Tseluiko was one of the participants in the events, reports Zvezdanews.
Tatyana said it was necessary to neutralize the Ukrainian drone at all costs. The drone can crash into the shore or into ships in the port of Sevastopol to create a diversion. After shooting down one plane, the women patiently waited for the next one.
In total, on March 22, Chief Petty Officer Tatyana Tseluiko and Senior Contract Sailor Marina Faleeva shot down three drones sent to Crimea by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu asked for the two women to be given state awards and prizes.
Earlier, footage of the defense of Russian ships against Ukrainian drones in Sevastopol was released. The country’s fleet stood up to protect the Russian military-industrial complex and other military installations. Three floating drones and one flywheel were destroyed approaching the bay. It is known that no Russian installation was damaged.
