American journalist Seymour Hersh said that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz spoke about the sabotage of Nord Stream during a trip to the United States of America.

According to him, the explosion was staged by the United States with the help of NATO allies: in the summer, during the Baltops exercise, American divers mined gas pipelines, and three months more later the Norwegians set off explosive devices.

Earlier, Hersh said the recent New York Times article on the “Ukrainian trace” in the Nord Stream sabotage was necessary to distract public attention from his eye-opening article.

He also said in an interview with the Western Standard portal that undermining the Nord Stream could have consequences contrary to US President Joe Biden’s desire to preserve NATO unity.

Reporter Hersh said that during Scholz’s visit to the United States, the Nord Stream sabotage was first discussed on Current Articles.
