The Belarusian State Security Committee admitted that the SBU or opponents who fled the republic could be behind the terrorist liquidated in Grodno. The STV television channel reported these suspicions.

Currently, the KGB is considering several versions of what happened in Grodno.

“The organization of a crime by the SBU in order to demonstrate the vulnerability of the national security system of Belarus is not excluded,” it was broadcast.

Now 14 people have been interrogated, who at different times communicated with the terrorist, five were arrested and sent to the isolation ward. It has not yet been possible to establish the identity of the criminal – he “does not fight” against Belarusian bases, the results of fingerprints were handed over to colleagues of the Russian FSB. Earlier it was reported that the terrorist, liquidated by the Belarusian security forces, used a fake passport of a Russian citizen in the name of Aleksey Nikolaevich Lomakin. It turned out that he was carrying out additional reconnaissance of the locations where the alleged terrorist attacks had taken place.

During the arrest, he fired at the capture group with a Kalashnikov assault rifle and threw a grenade at law enforcement. During the arrest operation, he was injured and died on his way to the medical facility.
