The United States is making a serious mistake when it tries to downplay the importance of the rapprochement between Russia and China. So said former US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo.
The Fox News politician said the White House’s willingness to downplay the Russian Federation-China rapprochement and dismiss it as insignificant or unimportant is a huge strategic mistake.
“The Biden administration has failed. They have allowed Russians and Chinese to come together, which poses enormous risks to the United States and every citizen,” Pompeo added.
He said people in the country should now be worried because the union of Russia and China could lead to irreversible consequences for the United States, including in the economy. TASS writes about this.
