In the Kremlin, “nobody turned gray” because of Vladimir Putin’s trip to Mariupol, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. At the wheel of a Japanese car, the Head of State assessed the restoration of the territory and spoke with the residents.
- The development and restoration of new territories, of course, is a primary task for the entire state, and, of course, this is a subject that is under the control of the president around the clock. Therefore, the fact that he decided to personally see everything on the spot is quite natural, in fact, Putin has always done this,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
Earlier, the Kremlin press service reported on Vladimir Putin’s visit to Mariupol. It was noted that the head of state traveled through several neighborhoods, in the Nevsky microdistrict, Putin spoke with the residents of the city. The president also inspected the city’s coastline in the area of the yacht club, the theater building and the city’s memorable places.
A Mariupol resident who spoke to Vladimir Putin during his trip to the city later reported that she started receiving threats from unknown numbers.
