The Basmanny court in Moscow issued a decision on the arrest in absentia of three intelligence officers of Ukraine for the kidnapping of DPR volunteers.

“The court decided to elect in respect of Ukrainian citizens Orekhov Vyacheslav, Shimansky Dmitry and Gavrish Vladislav a preventive measure in the form of detention in absentia for a period of two months, calculating the period from the moment of their extradition or the time of their detention,” the court’s press service told TASS.

The men are accused of several serious and particularly serious crimes: murder committed in a generally dangerous manner, robbery, illegal border crossing, illegal possession of weapons and explosives, as well as organized confinement. They may be involved in the kidnapping of militiamen Roman Volyanyuk and Denis Kharitonov in 2020.

Earlier it became known that at a meeting of the military-political leadership of the United States, it suddenly became clear that Ukraine could be defeated. The reason is that Russia has more resources and allies among the great powers.
