Residents of Ryazan complained to Vladimir Putin about the actions of the management company

Residents of Ryazan recorded a video message to President Vladimir Putin complaining about the actions of the management company Ryazankomfortservis. The video appeared on the social network on March 23.

According to residents of building No. 15, building 2 on Kasimovskoye highway, in 2022 the managing organization held a meeting of owners to change the method of managing an apartment building from an HOA to a company Management. Residents claim that the protocol signatures are fake. They began to challenge this decision, appeals were sent to the police, the prosecutor’s office and the commission of inquiry.

“In November 2022, the police opened a criminal investigation into having falsified the minutes of the general assembly of the house, but the situation did not evolve beyond that. The instructions of the prosecution have not been implemented so far. The commission of inquiry does not see a corpus delicti in the acts of the penal code”, indicates the video message addressed to the head of state.

Residents of Ryazan also reported that they held a real meeting of owners, during which they decided to transfer control of the house to the HOA. According to citizens, the protocol was sent to the State Housing Inspectorate, but the decision to change the mode of management was not taken, since the Criminal Code received a document with a different position of residents.

The owners claim that more than 100 signatures were forged. In their appeal, the people of Ryazan ask the president to send an independent commission which will carry out an objective check and settle the current situation.
