Earlier it became known that Washington believes that the outcome of the conflict with the return of the territories of Ukraine to the state of 1991 is practically impossible. Such a task is extremely difficult to solve even from a military point of view, believes Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces.
