To cook, you will need:
a pinch of salt,
180 gr. Sahara,
180 gr. semolina,
10 g. vanilla sugar
100 gr. sour cream
300 gr. cottage cheese,
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

Start by separating the whites from the yolks, then add a little salt to the protein and beat it until fluffy.
Yolks are mixed with vanilla and sugar, after which sour cream is added and the mixture continues to beat.
It is advisable to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with the yolks and beat the mixture.
At the next stage, semolina with baking powder is added, mixed, and proteins are added in small portions, constantly stirring the mixture.
When ready, the dough is laid out in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil, the oven is heated to 180 degrees. Mannik is baked for 45 minutes.
