Charlotte Awbery was on the London Underground in February 2020 when she was unexpectedly asked to go on with the song ‘Shallow’.

The video went viral online and received over one hundred million views on social media. She gained a huge fan following and became world-famous overnight. Shortly after, Charlotte appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show and told the show that the video was unstaged, that she was heading to the train to meet her friend.

She later released a music video for “Shallow,” but since then she’s no longer in the picture and netizens are wondering what happened to her.

In September 2021, she released her first single, “One & Only”. She also regularly shares covers on Instagram, where she has over 510,000 followers.

Then we took a pretty quiet year and a half, but her fans can be thrilled as she revealed in February that she was back in the studio and releasing a new song.
