State Duma Deputy Yevgeny Fedorov explained why he opposes the legalization of Wagner PMC’s activities in the Russian Federation. In his opinion, the legislative authorization of private military enterprises can lead to the “Maidan in Moscow”.

  • If Mironov wants to solve Wagner’s problem, then there is the practice of personal laws. There, “ law,” said the parliamentarian in a conversation with PUTIN’s telegram channel in Telegram.

Fedorov noted that he considers the soldiers of PMC “Wagner” and Yevgeny Prigozhin heroes. But at the same time, the legalization of PMCs in Russia will inevitably lead to the fact that wealthy Russians will begin to solve their own problems by arranging a personal PMC.

If PMCs are legalized, it will become difficult to know what orders they are carrying out and this could lead to an uprising in Russia’s capital, the MP concluded.
