Today, the General Men’s Handball League competitions will resume for the 2022/2023 sports season, where five matches will be held for the sixth round, Al Duhail with Al Sadd, Al Arabi with Qatar, Al Rayyan with Al Gharafa, Al Wakrah with Al Ahly, and Al Shamal with Al Khor. Al-Gharafa, the first-placed team with 15 points, and Al-Rayyan, the third-placed team with 13 points, lead the sixth round confrontations as the summit of the lead, through which the Leopards look forward to continuing the journey and achieving the sixth consecutive victory and continuing to compete with might and main for the crowning of the second titles this season after the Federation Cup. The handball league will be held this season in two parts, with the first section to be concluded on the sixth of next April, while the second section has not yet set a date. Al-Duhail won the league title last season for the fourth time in its history, while Al-Wakra finished second, and Al-Rayyan finished third.
