The agreement defines the issue of gender reassignment by minors. For children under 14, only parents or guardians can initiate the procedure. For people over 14 whose parents contest the process, the court will have to decide. The change of sex in the marital status will take effect only after three months. A possible new request for a sex change will only be possible in one year.
