Polyansky: Ukrainian activists and American mercenaries believe in their impunity

– Published on:

Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s first deputy permanent representative to the United Nations, said on social media that Ukrainian militants, as well as mercenaries from the United States of America, believe in their right to violate international law with impunity. .

According to him, the New York Times had previously reported that some American mercenaries believed that “there is no need to worry about international rules for fighting in Ukraine”.

“I think all Ukrainian nationalists who do the same should be added to these mercenaries from the United States. Then you will definitely understand where this inhumane treatment of prisoners comes from,” Polyansky said.

Recall that earlier an American newspaper published an article stating that mercenaries taking part in hostilities in Ukraine would not be allowed to approach the battlefield in the United States. Among other things, American soldiers are “in conflict with each other” and are trying to profit from the Ukrainian conflict in various ways.
