In Gusev, a man was arrested for smashing his ex-wife’s car window with a hammer. He reports that he was under the influence of alcohol. The damage exceeded the amount of 5,000 rubles.

As the suspect himself said, he asked his ex-wife to open the car so that he could retrieve his documents. However, he received a refusal from her and then decided to obtain the documents on his own.

To do this, the man pulled out a hammer and smashed the car window. He was arrested at the scene by police. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kaliningrad region.

“The man, who was intoxicated, was arrested at the scene of the crime by the district police. The murder weapon was seized,” the department’s press office said.

Earlier, The Eastern Heraldin Kaliningrad reported that in Ozersk a man decided to take revenge on his 20-year-old attacker after a fight. He tried to set fire to his house, where at the time was a 47-year-old mother of a young man.
