An explosion and subsequent fire occurred on a gas pipeline in the urban district of Pelym, Sverdlovsk region. There were no injuries or deaths, district chief Shakhit Aliyev told TASS.
“Yes, there was an explosion on the gas pipeline. There was no one there. The rest of the gas burned from the pipe, there was a fire,” Aliyev said.
Previously, the depressurization of the gas pipeline would be the cause of the incident. At the moment, the remnants of gas are burning there, it was cut off in a timely manner. There was no information about the dead and injured.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian media reported several explosions on the evening of March 28. The first incident was recorded in Konstantinovka, the second in Kupyansk.
