VDNH pavilions in Moscow will become a platform to demonstrate the successes of the Russian economy in 2023-2024. The International Economic Exhibition-Forum “Russia” will be held here. The corresponding decision was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“To establish that the international exhibition-forum “Russia” will be held in 2023-2024 in Moscow on the territory of VDNKh,” the text of the decree reads on the legal information portal.
From the text of the document, it appears that the exhibition-forum will show Russia’s achievements in all sectors of the economy, from industry and energy to agriculture, transport, construction and culture. Particular attention will be paid to the successful experience of developing Russian regions.
One of the goals of the Forum is referred to as “the promotion of further international cooperation of the Russian Federation”.
The exhibition-forum will be prepared by the organizing committee headed by the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko.
Earlier, Sergei Kiriyenko commented on Vladimir Putin’s proposal to reform higher education with a return to traditional study conditions at universities outside the Bologna system and noted that Russia must use the experience of Soviet school, adapt it to modern realities.
