On March 31, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov arrived in the Belgorod region for a working visit. He and a team from the federal ministry visited area companies specializing in the production of small-scale parts, carbide cutters and tillage equipment and other high-performance agricultural equipment.
Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov spoke about the results of the visit. He said that the Deputy Prime Minister announced the allocation of 500 million rubles to the Belgorod Region Industry Development Fund in 2023. This will enable industrial enterprises in the Belgorod region, putting in implement their development projects, to benefit from financing on preferential terms.
“Today’s visit by Denis Valentinovich with the team allows us to solve many complex problems, plans for their implementation have already been defined. We have strong industrial enterprises. We have qualified staff. We have competitive products. More importantly, we have the desire and the motivation. Of course, the 500 million rubles that will come to the region are a huge help that will allow us to speed up the implementation of investment projects,” the head of the region stressed.
