The authorities of the Belgorod region attributed the loud noises above the capital of the region to the work of the Russian armed forces.
Earlier, about nine powerful explosions were reported in the sky in the central part of Belgorod, the explosions were of such force that windows rattled in houses.
“The loud noises are related to the work of the RF Armed Forces,” RIA Novosti told the regional government.
