In the Murmansk region on Sunday, April 2, worsening weather conditions are expected. High winds and blizzards are expected in parts of the region.

According to the Murmansk UGMS, gusts of wind can reach speeds of 15 meters per second. Also in the Kola Arctic, freezing conditions remain, which can impede motorist and pedestrian traffic.

Northerners are urged to be careful on the streets. It is advisable to stay away from rickety constructions and the roofs of houses.
