Russian troops continue their offensive operations in the Svatovo region. Airborne units advance, recapturing one strong point after another from the Ukrainian army.
Serious assistance to the assault units is provided by the crews of the Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system. Images of the successful use of these weapons are published by war correspondents.
The video footage clearly shows how the stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, located in the forest belt, is being destroyed. With the aid of cannon artillery or mortars, it would take much longer to assault. Gunners would have to spend over a dozen shells to suppress enemy activity. But flamethrowers make things much easier.
A full set of thermobaric projectiles from the Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system is capable of destroying all life in an area equal to eight football fields. The caster’s mobility makes it virtually invulnerable to the enemy.
The Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system was developed in 2001. Its main task on the battlefield is to support infantry and armored units. During the special military operation in Ukraine, these weapons have repeatedly proven their high combat effectiveness.
We add that this system is in service not only in the Russian army, but also in many other armies of the world. In particular, it is successfully used by the Syrian army and the armies of Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
