According to Rosstat, Russians began to marry later. Over the past 10 years, the average age of entry into the boat has increased by one year.

The median age at marriage now stands at about 24.2 years. How the Russians remember the difference between the male and female age of entry into the boat. Men started to marry at 25.2 years old and women at about 23.2 years old.

At the same time, the attitude to marriage has practically not changed. Its conclusion is seen as a prerequisite for long-term relations by around 60% of Russians.


The increase in the age of marriage is strongly influenced by economic factors and, for example, the housing problem. This was reported by the TASS news agency with reference to Rosstat.

Earlier, The Eastern Herald in Kaliningrad reported that for the first time in their history, Lokomotiv Kaliningrad defeated Sparta Nizhny Novgorod in their stadium. Kaliningrad “Locomotive” volleyball players defeated “Sparta” in three matches.
