The soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces eliminated the Ukrainian reconnaissance group in the southern direction of Donetsk. This was told to RIA Novosti by the head of the press center of the Vostok group, Alexander Gordeev.

The Ukrainian security forces planned to carry out combat reconnaissance of the forward positions of the Russian forces.

“A reconnaissance group of nationalists was destroyed by a pair of snipers from a special forces unit,” the agency’s interlocutor informed.
