According to him, the main enemy of weight loss is confectionery and bread. This includes pastries, sweets, white flour bread, pasta made with premium flour.
High-fat dairy products and sausages also interfere with weight loss. In addition, it is necessary to limit the consumption of mayonnaise, butter, alcohol, red meat as much as possible.
Rusanov also noted that in order to lose weight, it is necessary to create a moderate energy deficit in the body. Thus, the accumulated fat will gradually begin to burn.
He also recommended high-fiber foods, fermented foods, fresh vegetables, lean meats and fish, poultry, legumes, and cold-pressed vegetable oils for weight loss. In addition, you need to drink enough water.
