The specialists of the job search service have found out what is more important for the inhabitants of Volgograd: family or work. Most people in the region prioritize career success.
Specialists conducted a survey of employees and applicants of the Volgograd region. Most of the respondents admitted that the main thing for them was work.
Success in the professional sphere is more important for 30% of respondents. 29% could not answer the question precisely and noticed that their attitude towards work depends on its specificities.
Happiness in personal life is ranked first by 25% of respondents. Another 13% of people in the region said that personal development is the most important thing to them, reports the HH portal.
Professional success is a top priority for 38% of employees and candidates aged 45 to 54, and only 24% of candidates aged 18 to 24. Volgograd residents aged 35-44 most often put family first (26%). In the age groups 18-24 and 25-34, this figure fell from 23% to 19%.
