Mango Lassi Ingredients- One cup curd, one glass cold water, chopped mangoes, mint leaves. To make it, you have to put all the ingredients together in a blender, blend and drink it chilled. But keep in mind that you do not have to add sugar to it.

Rose Lassi

Ingredients – 200 grams of curd, two cups of water, two teaspoons of rose water

To make it, take a bowl of curd. Mix it well with the help of a spoon. Now add water to it and add rose water along with it. Keep it in the fridge for at least an hour and then drink it comfortably. But don’t add sugar. By drinking this lassi, you will not feel hungry and your stomach will also be full.
