With the beginning of the last ten days of the month of Ramadan, the Sheikh Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud Islamic Cultural Center launched its annual program for the retreat of new converts, in which dozens of converts from several nationalities were keen to participate, as the program provides them with a great opportunity to learn about the spirituality of this religion, and to learn correct behavior Through daily coexistence, and training to overcome difficulties and daily habits to achieve acts of worship by fasting throughout the holy month. The center concluded its Ramadan program, the Bin Zaid Forum, which targets non-Arabic-speaking Muslim communities, which responded to the various paragraphs presented by the center. And worships in the holy month, especially the last ten days of it, while a similar event for the Bengali community attracted 700 native speakers of this language, and more than 300 guests from the Malay language, and the lectures presented dealt with the importance of benefiting from the month of Ramadan in spiritual elevation. At the end of the Ramadan nights held in the Oxygen Park, a number of attendees interacted with an introductory session for the center about the conversation book for teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, where they learned about the content of the book, which aims to teach non-Arabic speakers the most prominent phrases used daily in the Arabic language, so that they can learn and pronounce them. , and speaking it, which makes it easier for him to communicate and interact with the community around him. The center’s advocates distributed hundreds of advocacy books in different languages, and many visitors had the opportunity to watch a film about life before and after Islam, and what Islam added to people’s lives in various aspects of rights, duties, and various systems of life. The women’s section of the center also organized a lecture in the Filipino language for Muslim women about Zakat al-Fitr and the six days of Shawwal. The lecture was held remotely and was attended by 20 Filipino women. These lectures aim to educate non-Arabic-speaking Muslims about their religion and guide them in it.
