Prigozhin suggested what the Ukrainian Armed Forces would do after the loss of Artemovsk (Bakhmut)

Entrepreneur and founder of the private military company (PMC) “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) will launch a counteroffensive after the complete capture of Artemivsk (Ukrainian name – Bakhmut) by Russian troops . Prigozhin’s comment was published by his press service.

“As soon as we finish taking Bakhmut, as soon as we expel the last soldier from him or destroy him in the territory of Bakhmut, the Ukrainian counteroffensive will begin that day,” Prigozhin said.

According to him, at the moment the task of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is “to crush the Ukrainian army, not to give them the opportunity to gather in a counteroffensive.” Prigozhin also believes that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will need a “bigger victory” after the Artemivsk loss.

The day before, Prigozhin ordered the Wagner PMC fighters not to take prisoners, but to destroy the servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the battlefield.

Earlier, Boris Rozhin, an expert at the Center for Military-Political Journalism, told the Paragraph that some units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Chasov Yar and Konstantinovka region were demoralized by the unfolding battles of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) and suffered heavy losses. . This is how he commented on the statement of the founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin about the outbreak of riots among the Ukrainian army.
