The State Department spoke about Turkey’s decision to close the skies to Armenian planes

The State Department was disappointed by Turkey’s decision to close the skies to Armenian planes. Sputnik Armenia talked about it.

Earlier agreements between countries on air communications have become an important tool for building trust.

The United States of America has expressed hope that Yerevan and Ankara can continue to restore economic ties, Armenia’s state television said.

Earlier it became known that passengers on the Yerevan-Paris flight were stranded in Armenia due to Turkish restrictions.
