The crime comes days after a similar crime took place that claimed the life of 20-year-old Lebanese student Karim Abu Najm after he was stabbed in the town of Davis, also in the US state of California, last Saturday, a few hours after receiving an award for his research.
According to US media, Abu Najm was stabbed while riding his bicycle in the city’s Sycamore Park.
It should be noted that the University of California “Davis” announced last Sunday that the police had arrested the suspect of the murder of the Lebanese student, Karim Abu Najm, adding that the killer was called Carlos Dominguez, who was a student at the university. and was fired for academic reasons.
