Internet Desk. The first thing that comes to your mind when you think of upma is semolina. This is because upma is made from semolina only. But today we are going to tell you about the upme made of puffed rice which is a better option as a breakfast. Let’s know its recipe.

Material
4 cups puffed rice 3 green chilies curry leaves 2 onions coriander leaves 4 teaspoons peanuts 1 whole red chili 2 teaspoons coconut flakes 2 cloves of garlic 1/4th black salt ½ teaspoon turmeric 3 teaspoons gram dal oil

Method
To make puffed rice upma, you have to first soak puffed rice in water for 1 minute. After that squeeze them. Now add whole red chillies, coconut powder, garlic bud, black salt and gram dal in the grinder and grind them.

Add oil to the pan. Add onion and gram dal to it and fry it. Add curry leaves and green chillies to it. Now you have to mix half a teaspoon of turmeric in it. Add peanuts along with it and mix.

Finally add puffed rice, coriander leaves and black salt. Add the powder made after grinding in the mixie and mix it. Your puffed rice upma is ready.
